For this exercise, you’re going to be in this comfortable position on your belly. You’re going to support yourself with your elbows. And then, you’re going to just bend your one leg and the knee in a 90-degree angle. And the second move is that you‘re going lift your knee up off the ground, just a tiny little bit so you can squeeze your glutes and then let down, and the same thing for the other leg.
Don’t bend your leg and try not to down bend your back as well. In this position, you’re looking straight forward, and then you bend your knee in a 90-degree angle, lift your knee up off the ground and then leg down.
Because you’re working out just with your own body weight, don’t forget to do as many repetitions as you can until you can’t move your legs anymore—until you are going to make your muscle on your legs completely exhausted because that’s what creates long clean muscles. And, don’t forget to breathe properly. When your lifting the knee up off the ground, you exhale, inhale, exhale, because proper breathing will bring you to your goals faster.
