The other thing really nice when we always preach this about this on all of our grills is you have the charcoal clean up. Well, this charcoal tray has hole in it towards your charcoal takes some spins and turns to ashes all of that goes down in the bottom.
This thing is also 16 gauge and like which we tell everybody else on all grills whether gas or whether charcoal always put ten folds on here not only because it is a easy clean up but it also use of the corrosive charcoal if it gets in the water they get very corrosive and it leaves at the bottom of your pan.
Again, they have been around since 1963 and you can replace these things they have arts on, they really have to do it. But, if you need to be there and they will be there for a very, very long time.
Now, one of the other accessories on this thing is going to be a little rotest kit. And, we are going to rotest a chicken today so that you can see how rotest can work, it is an accessory and it does not come with it but you can get it and always love rotest and stuff.
They asked, why does this grill cook so good? Well, one of the reasons is if you look on this you have no stock, okay. And, you have two vents you have two aluminum vents on side that you can control your air within the grill because with no stack and close off the vents, of course oxygen gets out of the grill and it cuts your fire off.
But, what happens with this grill is they put a charcoal in it and you light it. You adjust your vents according to how high you want your temperature to go, open it if you want a really hot fire because that oxygen is going to get in there. It is going to heat the coals up really good. It is the fact that, when the smoke from wood are the charcoal rise it turns like a convection on the inside of this grill it just over in over and this thing gets so full that it actually will force some of the smoke out the side.
You see it coming out in a couple of the corners but overall this thing is really, really sealed. I have done pizza, steaks, briskets, and I actually have done about a 45 pound meat on one of this before and I mean it is just unbelievable and we are going to put somewhere in the neighborhood about 30 chicken quarters on this thing today, just to show you how much this grill will cook.
It cooks evenly across because of the design. The charcoal tray is actually shaped the same way as grill so when it starts coming up that heat starts spreading out so get the same temperature on the entire grill surface if you back it down again because of the shape at the bottom all that heat rises up this way.
So, it is just an excellent cooking grill, easy to lift on the lid and you have not seen six foot, I mean that six foot long is just amazing it cooks for an army on it. This one you need to cook for just tons and tons of people and because it is so versatile there is just not many grills there one that have the history that Cajun grill has that has been around since 1963. They just won many, many, grill ribbon competitions. It is a family owned business and they believe in customer service.
You get that good old Southern Cajun hospitality when you call these guys when you need something, call us up to give you all kind of recipes. The manufacturer just loves to talk to customers and give their opinions and experiences that they had over the last 30 to 40 years. So, you are just not going to be better than this one.
Okay folks this is kind of, it is not a real complicated grill. So, what we are going to do is we are going to put the crew in the club in here. We are going to actually cook on this thing and show you how versatile this Louisiana Cajun grill is. And again, I can just keep on talking about this grill but we like to show you how these things work.
