Step 1: Make sure you severely restrict calories, skipping meals where ever possible, you don’t have to eat those bad tasting vegetables; you don’t have to eat anything.
Step 2: Your body perceives starvation, don’t worry about it, your body will take care of everything.
Step 3: Lean body mass is reduced causing rapid weight loss hold that muscle just gets in the way doesn’t it?
Step4: Advertise sugar thriving big -- one energy levels drop, yeah baby!
Step 5: Over-Consume carbohydrate and fat rich foods; this is my favorite step.
Step 6: Weight gain accelerates the body back escalates and that’s the whole circle. Wow! What an awesome club to belong to, now simply move on to step 1 and repeat all the steps over and over again.
