Can I Sweat Off Fat?

I am Steve Turrano, Welcome to this episode the body performance. Somebody emailed me who was asking me about size substance, plastic suits, you see guys have been wearing they type around the neck and type around wrist or when people wear a bunch of sweat shirt and they go work out or jump in the Sauna. Somebody ask me is this effective in helping to lose weight and the answer is not at all. Here is why, fat oils at 360 degrees so for you to lose fat you got to 360 degrees that does not sound being practical. As a matter of fact we do not want our bodies to heat up when we exercise. We want our body to stay cool when we exercise. This is why your body perspires, this is why your body dissipates heat that is why you should be taking in fluids, this is why when you are exercising in the aerobics room you should stand underneath the fan.

All these things help to cool your body, the cooler your body is when you are exercising the better it is going to run, the cooler your body is the less fluids gets in the lose, the less fluids you lose the more fluid your blood stays in the better oxygen it delivers. So these are the things you have to keep in mind, you cannot sweat off fat. Likewise you can not heat your body up to burn calories as well. If you are cold it just make you sick and stiff, your body is not going to burn that many more calories if you are trying to heat it self.
