my problem is my back will not stay strait.... i'm in the Civil Air Patrol,and i cant pass any tests becues my back arches to much!!! I try to keep it strat but i cant!!! (i know I cant speell)

This helps by reducing the amount of weight you have to "push-up" against if you find normal pressups too hard. Thought that was kind of obvious.

Cannot do push ups? No problem, here are some great tips. Put band partially through door anchor. Place other end of band through the path that was inserted through the anchor. Pull to form a tight loop knot. Now, attach anchor to the top of a door and close. Place arms in band and lower bands to waist level.
