Here is challenge number 17 and this is the technical title Cap of a pen in a bottle. Here is the challenge I got from the movie Metro with Eddie Murphy. I don't know you guys remember, the movie is kind of a little hint there. You can go and find out on your own but it was a challenge that Eddie Murphy, who was a detective, he was detective who actually gave his new rookie partner this challenge.
So basically what you want to do is take a bottle, any kind of bottle doesn't really matter, and take a big pen, take the cap off over the big pen. How many big pens you think there are on the world? Totally a side question I wonder it like there got to be billions. You know if you find out let me know or send me video --final answer, alright.
Now, what you do is you take the top of this big pen and you put it on the bottom of the bottle. Get it out without touching the bottle and without knocking it over. I'm not touching the bottle in anyway. Can you do that? Put a big pen top in the bottom of this bottle, remove it without touching the bottle in anyway.
Here is the solution to the cap of a pen in a bottle. Did you figure it out? Eddie Murphy's partner didn't. I thought about it -- Eddie actually wasn't a detective, he was a negotiator for hostage situation and he had a new partner coming in and before he went out on a serious situation, he wanted to test that his partner was able to think non-linearly.
Is that a word non-linearly? Non-linear thinking. He wanted to make sure he was able to solve problems without the use of force. So answer is very sneaky, watch this. Water, it's going to get messy. So as you're filling this up, I really hope you have enough water here. It's going to float to the top, it's going to float to the top and out.
I love that. Kids love this where it's messy is that I'm going to play in the water shed. I was like playing in the water. I'm a surfer, what can I tell you.
