Host: If the person was in a car accident and got major injury, do you get involved in the initial phase or the later phase?

Glenn Babus: You know it is really difficult to say when an acute pain problem becomes a chronic problem. If you look at history, usually acute injuries don't come to us. I believe that we should get involved as early as possible. I don't know if we need to be involved there first week or two but notoriously car accidents produce a lot of chronic pain patients. And I think that month to two months where the pain is not getting better, they really need to get involved with a clinical earlier, because the thing to success way to getting the patients better is seeing them earlier.

Our problem is that when someone has a Workers' comp injury or a no-fault injury, we don't tend to get that patient to sometimes six months, two year or later and it makes it harder to treat the patients. So I would say I would like to get involved as early as --
