Where to go after a repo?
Before you report your car stolen they might ask your self whether your current on your car loan.
Peter: If you do not pay the car loan your car is going to get repossesses .

In some states they have to warn when they have to give you written noticed before they can send the repo man out for your car. But in many states the repo man can surprised you.
Peter: Call your creditor to find out what your options are your creditors should also send you a letter in the mail explaining what is your potion are. If nothing works out and eventually sell your repossess car then they may come after you. In a loss suit for any deficiency that you awe.
Irwin Maybe awe $10,000.00 on that car and they sell it but now that is use car that most that they can get us $5,000.00 they can still come after you for the $5000.00 sort falls that is something you still responsible for.
Peter: If that were to happen you want to go back and make sure that they sold it in a commercially reasonable manner and it was not rally worth $8,000.00 but they sold it to their cousins Sammy for $5000.00.
