Caramel apple cheese cake with a streusel topping, now I’m going to start that crust by measuring out two cups of all purpose flour, into my bowl, I got two sticks of butter that have been soften im going to toss it in, I got a half of cup of light brown sugar. I’m going to put that in, and now I’m going to use a pastry cutter then just blend this until it’s crumbly.
We want it to have the consistency of corn meal, you know like when you cut and shortening into your biscuits.
Okay best cut it in nicely, now I’m going to take my casserole dish, I had butter the bottom of it, now I’m going to pour this in. and were just going to press that down, see how easy that’s pressing down? Now I’m going to put this in the oven, 350-degrees, and I’m going o leave this bake for fifteen minutes.
So come on down here now, I have got two eight ounce packages of cream cheese it have been soften, and I’m going to add two eggs and a half a cup of sugar. Then we just going to cream this until the sugar has dissolved, and I have got three Grammys smith apples that I have guys very finely.
I’m going to add two tablespoons of sugar, I’m going to add a half of teaspoon of cinnamon and a four teaspoon of nutmeg. And I’m just going to toss that together.
Okay, now were going to pour cream cheese over a crust in it’s all right that the crust is warm, the consistency is going back in the oven.
All right, now were just going to take our apple topping, and I’m just going to distribute that across the top of our cheesecake.
Let mw show you how to make this quick streusel topping, I have got one cup of all purpose flour, I go tone stick of butter, this is room temperature, I got one cut of pot light brown sugar, and a half a cup of quick cooking oats.
Now I’m just going to take my fork and crow that in together, and then take that just as a second because I got that butter really nice in at room temperature. Now, I’m just going to take this and just sprinkle it over the top of those apples. So I’m going to pt this in the oven 350 degrees, I’m going to bake this for about thirty minutes.
