Next exercise we are going to do in this series is the carioca. Sometimes known is the great vine and Kate Kaiser is going to demonstrate this exercise for us. Notice she gets in a very low athletic position; she is crossing over to the back, crossing over to the front, now she reverses. So, we get both sides both directions, everybody else ready to go. Let us go to the with the grapevine, carioca.
Everybody stay low we do not want the head bombing up and down we want the knee flexed, flexed at the hips. Then halfway we are going to turn and go the other direction, great job keep that tail down, good, good, good seat down low.
