I need a really cheap phone, very cheap, for my grandma. Hi, I'm a Straight talk customer and I want to give my grandma a cellphone for her birthday bus she says the numbers on a phone like mine are too small, and even tho Straight talk is only 45 for unlimited, that's a lot for her and she can't afford that much. Any good recomendations? do any of this kid friendly phone good for her or do you have any other recomendation?

good call about the tracfone! that's what I got for my kids, they are 11 and 9 and the tracfone was not only affordable, but I also avoid headaches and surprises, no contract and yes, it starts as low as 7 a month! you guys got the best review i've seen. thanks! and great tips about how to handle your kids upgrades!

A no plan tracfone for my kids please. They might not appreciate the aesthetic quality of a practical phone, but I can afford it with the TF boys. And because their plans are so small, I can control their usage so much better.
