Chasing Dollars instead of Passion

Chasing dollars instead of chasing passion, probably the biggest take away I have on this lovely Thursday so after giving three key notes in the last three days in Dallas in front of LA and it’s very obvious to me that the thing that kept getting brought up was how do I monetize, how do make money all that stuff that you always hear when you do entrepreneurial talks or business talks and in a day an age where I think way too many people that have entrepreneurial skill see opportunities—I see opportunities everyday online. On like there is a huge play in this car market or in this flower market glassware market, chocolate market but this are not my passions and know I might have skills to make back or two or 4 million in that still fundamentally better because you get stretch in, I promise you to go after your passions because you have the same skills sets and when you focus on passion you'll be able to do the one thing that’s going to differentiate yourself from your competition and that hustle.

That’s the work that you're going to be willing to put in that the other person is—because if you love chocolate but you see money in it you're going to put in your seven, ten, twelve hours a day. But the person that might not be as talented as you that love it more that you do his going to pee or she's going to be putting in 22 hours a day and that’s dangerous and it’s a broken business, so check who’s calling. So if you want to win in this market the biggest thing that I see a lot of people doing is they find it add sense where the phase well or they have sponsor so they’ve already got the dollars and cents for this niche but they aren’t following their passion.
