Hey everyone! Welcome back to Bling for Broke where as you can see we've totally changed up our surroundings. We've got a new backdrop, I've got my laptop. But this is by no means the final set and we want to know what you would like to see, what you want to see in the background, what I should be sitting on, what I should be wearing whatever.
I'm down to see any and all of our suggestions. So hit me up in the comment section below. So if you're like me, you probably look at a lot of pictures of celebrities on the red carpet, so I've picked three of my favorite red carpet dresses and found more than three ways you can re-create those styles for a lot less.
First up, Hervé Léger's Bandage dress, but it retails for about $1500. So BB has this hot black pencil cut dress that is in a similar like silky fabric, and will give you the same sort of slim silhouette, and it's also a stretch for giving fabric. So even if you don't like have the body of a Hollywood gym rat, you'll still look good in this, and they are offering it online at bb.com for only $159.
At Bluefly.com, Nicole Miller has a teal dress. I absolutely love this color. I'm like obsessed with these like blue-green really bright tones. It's $312 so a little bit more expensive but with it you get this really cool square neckline, and like a back cut, a out in the back that's super sexy and like kind of unexpected, it's like people see you in the front and think you are all like elegant and conservative, and in the back it's like wow! Like I think it's kind of awesome. It's a nice little surprise.
Leona Barcy has this crisp, clean sort of ruffly detailed dress that a lot of celebrities are going to be wearing this spring. It's sort of like a cross between a garden party dress and a cocktail party dress. Something you can wear from the day till night whatever the trend is, pretty seamlessly.
One of my new favorite websites is this place called Lulus, lulus.com and they have very similar dress for only $30. Those are three celebrity looks that I'm bringing right now, but I want to know whose style you're trying to cop for less.
Hit me up in the Comment section. I believe it's here, I think it's here. And also subscribe because that would be awesome, and then you can find out if I like talk about the celebrities that you -- whose style you want to see on the future episode because that is definitely a goal of mine. I want to help you get those awesome red carpet looks for less.
So again, comment, subscribe, and as always, until next time, since we're all broke, stay bling.
