Cheating or Jealousy?
Hi, I am Jen and I am here to talk to you today about trying to determine whether or not you are jealous or your partner is actually cheating on you. And I am speaking from personal experience.
As to pretty miserable feeling being suspicious and when you start to feel this way you have to face yourself and figure out is this just something coming from you. Is it some sort of insecurity or misinterpretation or have you actually found some proof.
Now, it maybe intimidating the idea of actually confronting your partner but the truth is, if it is a healthy relationship communication is key. So, once you have confronted your partner and you think that they are still lying to you or if you afraid to confront them and you still want to find out want is going on. You have to be careful about how far you are going to go, how far you are going stood to find out what is going on. It is one thing to feel like you deserve to know the truth, if you suspected that they are being lying to but when you starts crossing that line and maybe checking your email or following them or spying on them. You are really going to start to hurt yourself with that sort of behavior. So, you need to draw out line for yourself. You do want to find out what is going on but that kind of behavior just is going to faster and get worse and worse.
Now, if in fact your partner is being faithful, they are cheating on you. You have to figure out what is it that is causing you this feelings in you. Is it some sort of insecurity, a self-esteem issue, is it guilt, have you been a cheater before? Either way this is a kind of feeling that you need to control or process because it has nothing to do with your partner. If your partner is actually cheating on you, there are some very important things consider such as, they might be putting your health at risk for causing an unhealthy relationship that will cause depression, anger and also keep you from starting a life with someone that might actually be respectful to you.
