Hey my name is Shevonne and we are going to get started with our warm up. This is the first thing you want to do in any activity to make sure your muscles are all warmed up and ready to go.
All right, we are going to jog, ready. And jumping jack, 1-2-3-4-5-6 and jog 1-2-3-4-5-6, jumping jack, 2, you are going to march it up, ready. March it up, 1-2-3 and clap, and clap bring it up, and clap bring it back.
Now, let us jog. Jog 1,2,3,4. We are going to take a great line to the right1-2. Bring it up and up again, and up, jog and jog 2-3-4-5-6-7-8. Keep in jogging.
Now, we are going to step. Step, touch, step, touch, step, bring your arms up, go and reach, reach, reach, bring them down, reach, reach, reach, bring them up again, reach, reach, reach, down one more time 1-2-3. Bring it up 1-2-3 and clap, and clap, jogged it in place, jog 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8. Get ready to spin to the right. Spin 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, 1-2. Step, touch, step, touch.
All right, get ready for you legs 5-6, you got to bring them up 5-6-7-8. 1-2-3-4, keep reaching. Bring them up, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8. Get ready to jog 5-6-7-8, jog, 5-6-7-8 and jog. All right, get ready to warm it up, step out breathing in and bring it out. Breathing in one more time and breathe out.
You are going to go ahead and squat down to the middle. Go ahead and bring your right shoulder in, get a good stretch. Go out and bring your left shoulder, and you are going to get another good stretch. All right, you are going to go how to reach down. Walk it over to the right, feel that good stretch in your legs, you are going to go how to bring it out till launch.
Make sure you gain a really good stretch, bring it back, straight leg, still looking at your toe, right here, you are going to lean back nicely. Get a really good stretch in that leg, you are going to bring it back forward and pull your toe up. All right, you are going to go ahead and get in to that good launch again—make sure you really stretched it out, from here, bring it back, go ahead and take it to the middle.
All right, you are going to walked of over to your left side, get a really good stretching. Make sure you are breathing into your nose, out to your mouth. From here, you are going to go ahead take into that launch again. All right, take it back; make it straight, really lean into that leg. You want to feel a nice good stretch in your hamstrings. From here, you are going to lean it back, get another good stretch, go ahead and bring your toe up, lean it one more time into that good launch. Feeling the stretched all through your legs, bring them back up, straightening it out, back to the center. Roll it up nice and slow, so breathing out, breathe it in.
You guys want to make sure this is really important; you want to make sure that you stretched out all your muscles. All right, you are going to take your right on, bring it across, make sure you feel that stretched, and bring it behind your head.
Again, stretching is very important in any activity that you do. Take your left arm and bring it across, stretching out prevents any type of injury that you may get. So, make sure you stretched. Bring it behind your head, go ahead and breathe in one more time, breathe out, and you are almost ready. We are going to get ready with our chant.
