black: must not Nc6 (last but one) but change to Bf5 Then c8 will be attacked and white can't move c8.

umm, when white is threatening c7, why not play Nxc6? You traded your bishop for the knight, so let the rook take it. Black is in a better position?

If black goes Kd7, White can simply take the knight on b8 using pawn, and become queen
