kb3, Kg3, kxb2, Pa4/Pc4, kc3, Pa5/Pc5, kd4 creating a fork threatening to move towards white's pawn or to protect black's pawn. Whatever white does black can then create a draw by choosing the appropriate option- I think

How does Black draw the final position? Every way I think of it, White gets to bring the King to defend the pawns or gets a pawn 1 step in front of black.

No in both the first 2 cases the white would win. Because there is no point in moving the white king towards the black pawn when he is already moving his white pawn towards the edge.

Chess Position

Chess is a recreational and competitive game played between two players. Often called Western chess or international chess to distinguish it from its predecessors and other chess variants, the current form of the game emerged in Southern Europe during the second half of the 15th century after evolving from similar, much older games of Indian and Persian origin.
