Mubarak: Today, I'm going to tell you a little secret about pushups. That you know that pushups are so great, because they work every upper body muscle that you have, you chest, your back, your biceps, your triceps and your shoulders. The great thing to do if you have no equipment and even if you have equipment you just want to do great multi muscles moment to hit more than ones spot at once.
The other wonderful thing about pushup is that that you know that you can very rich arm muscles it focuses on. Simply by repositioning your hand and with it applies whether or not we are doing the sitting push up or a military pushup. When your hand shoulder with the part, that's about a neutral position. In this position then your hands is going to be in a position that's going to allow your biceps and your triceps to work evevenly together.

It's a great tricep model, so try it remember the wider your arms are the more bicep muscles you are using to pushup
