how is she bs? you obviously have not gone to the gym or have not done exercises properly or are just some wimpy kid. many students go to the gym just to impress other by "benching" . they are called "epic fails".

Hart: Hello it's Hart in Pittsburgh PA. When it comes to working the chest, is it better to use free weights or the machines? Colleen Greene: Hart, the best way to workout is really depended on your goals. If you use the machines, they are great in terms of keeping you using proper form. However the free weights are challenging in that you need to try to keep the proper form through several different plains such as plain. Probably the best thing to do is use both the free weights and the machines, that way you are getting the best of all possible worlds.
