Mix the dijon, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl. Coat the chicken with it. 2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, vinegar, and mustard. Slowly add oil while whisking. Mix in the salt, pepper, and chives. 3. Grill the chicken tenders. Cook till done (about 5-10 minutes). 4. Plate and serve with the sauce. Enjoy! The Chicken:
1 lb chicken tenders
