Today we’re gonna go Chinese style here we’re gonna do a Chicken Fried Rice. Jamie Oliver for a second he said excellent show on ABC what you’re trying to do and he’s out in Hummington West Virginia right now and that Radio Station WCA Jazz The Dawn saying he couldn’t a thousand people to cook healthy well, here’s another simple dish Jamie you can show Hummington West Virginia. It’s a Chicken Fried Rice and here are the ingredients.

We have Peas and Carrots we add egg 2 eggs here well which I scrambled, we have Garlic some nice cooked rice what we’re using is a Jasmine Rice Green Onion or Scallions where most people use and I’m gonna use a roasted chicken which we had the other day some leftovers is perfect leftover and most of these ingredients are staples and your everyday kitchen.

So with some Olive Oil on the pan really quick here about let’s say quarter of a cup so you get the vegetables—grilles spicier vegetables in there, blend them all together sweet power action there, blend in the garlic, well I’m gonna be using a low sodium soy sauce so no need to add any extra salt to this dish here so that’s next.

You use a rice spatula here everything together here very nice like so this is a very quick simple meal it’s only gonna take you less than that even 3 to 5 minutes to put together, so let’s add our chicken next then add our egg there rice goes in next I recommend one of these rice cooker is very inexpensive get them at your local cooking store or you go online which what I did and usually it give you free shipping and handling because this was a decent product here. And in 10 minutes, you got perfect rice all done, all done.

So—alright, get out of the way you can use a wok if you have this but we use a regular 16 inch pan from the Lincoln Smallwares company Vollrath so you see that logo there on my website that’s why it goes in there Vollrath website it is bottom out like with in the last couple of months. You don’t want to over do your soy sauce here so it’s not so you know very salty with the soy sauce I’m using like a little sodium soy sauce a very good one, very cool smells wonderful in here and I’ll just grab a plate real quick we’ll plate this.
