Justin, your chili recipe would go amazing with a brand new spanking trashcan. You keep that recipe in there, I got a new chili fix that's got all the flavors you are looking for.
Justin, you could cook half the recipe for chili I gave you, but you have got to use a big pot; something about it just makes stuff taste better.
Let's get this thing hot. Put in some olive oil, and add in our vegetables. A mix of peppers and onions, some garlic, and of course some spicy peppers.
Justin, you want to make sure you get a really nice caramelization on these vegetables, before we add in our meat. It's going to take on a whole different flavor. And in addition to the huge pot, you have got to use a big wooden spoon. Make sure it's completely cooked through before we add in our tomatoes.
Now that our tomatoes are in our chili, we are going to add in these two different kind of beans that we rinsed.
Justin, you can see that our chili is needing some liquids, so I am going to add in some vegetables stock, if you like chicken stock, feel free to use that as well.
Justin, when using seasonings in our chili, it's pretty much a variable measurement, but be sure to include all of these. If you want more spice, add cayenne. If you like cumin, add more cumin; the point is, make sure you use all of these ingredients.
And for a little natural salt, we are going to add a little Worcestershire Sauce.
Justin, let's bring our chili to a boil, and then we are going to add in some tomato paste, not only is it going to thicken up, it's also going to provide some natural salts.
All of our ingredients are in the chili except for adjusting the seasonings of course. We are going to put the top on and let it simmer on low heat and let all those awesome flavors infuse.
Justin, this smells absolutely incredible. Let's get a bowl of this bad boy.

Try using all those vegetables, those spicy peppers. Chili is supposed to be hearty, it's not supposed to be thin and whatever ingredients you would add into it. Use this fix, you are going to love this chili.
