Male 1: We have been open for 30 years and we started with the simple stuff and our clan is also grew up and wanted the Chinese thing so the dishes you loved too.
That’s one of the dishes we have. For our costumers, we want different things. It’s very simple and it’s steamed with very simple sauce. You can have something sweet like this one, like Peking sauce. You can have something--just chicken broth. Some other people like soya sauce with ginger and chards and it’s just tilapia fish.
Female: Di chi duck, crispy duck with a di chi and a little bit sauce like sauce.
