Morine, you asked if we could use something other than an egg yolk. Guess what, we don’t have to use an egg yolk at all. Here is your brand new fix recipe.
The first thing we need to do is cream together our vegetable shortening and butter. Morine, it takes about five minutes to completely cream together our fat. Once it is cream, we are simply going to sift together our confectionary sugar. Next, add in our cocoa powder, milk and because I am feeling frot, your little frangelico hazelnut flavor, some vanilla, finish with heavy cream and then we simply going to pour in that sifted confectionary sugar in four batches. Until it is completely mixed.
Morine don’t forget to scrap the sides, you got to get all that sugar into our icing. Morine, so how easy that came together. Now, you are probably asking yourself, “Wow! That is super easy. Now this guy has got all those choco butter and what he is going to do for it.” Glide you ask. I just happened to make chocolate chip muffins. Let’s go ahead and get our icing in piping bag. We are going to put this right on top and you know I am going to eat some.
Morine that is so good. What? Why are you laughing? I must give that expression on my face. Use this butter cream recipe. It absolutely has no egg in it and the flavor is still incredible.
