We’re going to be making a chocolate covered raspberry which is a pretty complex drink but if you have the right ingredients, it's very easily made.
You just need raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur, vanilla vodka, dark and light cr?me de coco, chocolate syrup and some raspberries and a white chocolate liqueur or cream depending on what you want to use. So you start with the raspberry vodka and you do a two count which is one, two, you're done. You grab your vanilla vodka and then it's more of a one count. So it's just one.
And then you go into your light cr?me de coco which is added on a three count. So it's going to be one, two, and three. We can always add a little extra at the end on a counts, it's okay. The next thing is the white chocolate liqueur, probably a little more than a splash in order to give it a nice frothy creamy flavor.
And next would be the raspberry liqueur. Don’t add too much. It will make it really, really sweet. Then you're going to want to shake it. Shake, rattle and roll. Get it nice and cold. And then you take your martini glass and you have your chocolate syrup. And you want to just turn it over and let it drip out. Don’t squeeze the bottle because if you squeeze the bottle, it will glob up in the bottom of the glass and it's no good. And then you just basically wing it back and forth to give it a little decoration on the glass.
And then want you want to do is grab some raspberries. Drop the raspberries into the glass, one, two, and three. You can add a little chocolate on top of the raspberry. Take your drink, give it another good shake. And pour it out and you can see the chocolate takes full effect on the glass once it's filled up because it gives it a nice effect. And what you get is a nice concoction called the chocolate covered raspberry.
