Gwendolyn Francavillo: It's best do not calories, it's best to get portion sizes so if it's in all you can need cafeteria may be getting this smaller plate or only going one time also variety of foods is important, so making sure you are getting lot of different colors of foods, you can also ask the cafeteria for the nutritional information for the foods, and make sure that you are measuring the foods that you are eating. So you might want to look at your face this is a cup you might also want to see a handful it's about one or two ounces of something could be nuts, so could be meat and then about the thumb that's about an ounces. So that's about the serving size of cheese or something like that. So it really portion size measuring and diversities the key and eating in the cafeteria.
