And hopefully these tips will demonstrate that healthy eating is not as difficult as may some with todays fast face life style its high to make time for healthy eating, now when you do finally stopped to eat its all to easy to grab high calorie high fat snacks that are always conveniently accessible. A healthy snack should include any combination of the 4 fruit groups, namely grains and cereals, fruits and vegetables, meat, poultry and fish and dry beans and finally dairy products. Choose whole grain crackers, cereals or breads, instead of unrefined and low fat yogurts and always opt for unbuttered pop corn, or pretzels instead of chips. Fruits always make the perfect snack, the healthy we require no preparation but if you not having some why not try smoothie.
