Choosing a Meaningful Father’s Day Gift

Hi, I am Beatrix and today we are going to talk about meaningful Father’s Day gifts. There are so many different ways that you can say that you appreciate your father. Historically, people have given ties and given golf balls and things that are sort of more associated with what dads do. I think that the most meaningful Father’s Day gift that you can give is putting together an album of your shared experiences with your father and saying thank you for everything that he has done as a dad, so I know recently for a big Father’s Day or a big year in my life for the Father’s Day to mark that, I put together an album that started with pictures from when I was little and sort of thanked my dad along the way for all the different lessons he taught me and the different experiences that I have had and the different ways that he has mentored me as a father, been a friend to me as a father and he was extremely touched so I can definitely say that creating an album is one terrific gift and I know it had a meaningful impact. Other things that have been neat in terms of giving Father’s Day gifts is some sort of outing where you can do that together with your dad, so if you guys like to—you have enjoyed playing tennis together to go have an afternoon of playing tennis and then go out for a meal or different sort of activities that are shared and enjoyed between the two of you. So in conclusion, I think personalized gifts that show what your father has meant to you are really nice and ways of spending meaningful time together are also a really nice way to thank your dad for everything that he has done.
