Nick: CISCO System introduced the whopping 61 new products and features for collaboration this week. The broad product roll out flashed out with CISCO’s CEO John Chambers has been saying for the past few years, that enterprises can be more productive if their employees and partner companies can easily collaborate. Many of the products won’t go on sale until next year though.
John: It’s one that will allow access in any device not a Appy phone, or PC, or compact any device to any content, data voice video over any combination name which you want. Not just within the system of architecture play when you go to a play well together. But interact or operate with other peers in the industry and provide them with architectural build up.
Nick: CISCO thinks employees will find each other and form groups using social networking tools such as its enterprise collaboration platform which lets each employee create a profile page that list their interests and expertise. Video will play a big role too with employees recording quick segments and sending them out to be viewed by co-workers on many different platforms. New CISCO desktop phones and popular mobile phones are also part of the mix. Chambers said, he sees the economy recovering and CISCO is ready to take advantage of the upturn.
John: In the time that most people top their head back up saying that it feels like the economy is starting to go again, what are we gonna do? We’re gonna have to put doubly off the gas pedal. It is completely down on the accelerator and we are going to go to the fastest and most advance that you’ve ever done on history work up.
