I am Steve Terrano. Welcomes to self survive performance. You have ever been to a class reunion and take at a look to everybody, quite shocking is it not? The captain of football team looks like he ate the football team. The captain of cheerleading squad now is as fat as an old lunch lady. You say to yourself what happen to these people, did they see there self getting so fat. Why are they so out of shape? The answer is simple. Weight gain, normally gain is a slow gradual imperceptible process. They did not see it happening. If it happened quickly they went to the doctor asking for help but it does not happen like that. It is slow and gradual. If they just exercise everyday, just a little bit to burn out those 20, 30 or 40 extra calories. They would not have accumulated for last 20 years. Now, if you ate your target weight, all you have to do is exercise a little bit each day. 30 to 40 minutes out of the 24 hours in a day and you will be able to maintain your weight. If you have already gained 30, 40, or 50 pounds your going to have to exercise a little bit more and a little more intensely and watch what you eat to get down to your target weight. But once you are there, it really does not take much effort. If you do that, at the 40-year class reunion, you will knock them dead. Love your body. I will see you next time.
