Hi, I’m Ina Gold and I’m making a recipe of classic Italian salmon today. The first ingredient of course is this beautiful Alaskan salmon that I’m going to go on and cut into four equal parts and we’re doing this cause we’re going to cook them individually. And what we’re going to do is we’re going to take these ingredients, we’re going to have 3 chopped tomatoes, I do a teaspoon of the oregano and a teaspoon of chopped dill and 2 chopped shallots. We’re going to mix that up so it makes a nice, nice mixture of all these fresh nice ingredients. Then we’re going to sprinkle the salmon with olive oil as I take this aluminum foil pieces, I’m going to take the salmon, place some olive oil, take some olive oil, sea salt, pepper and we’re going to add lemon juice to our mixture now that we’ve made and take a nice helping, try to make this so that you get about 4 portions for your salmon; put a nice heaping table, 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture and then we’ll take it and make it tin. We’ll go, fold it here, and fold it on the sides and put it on the baking sheet. This is a wonderful recipe because if you’re having company you can make it ahead of time and just put it in the oven when your company comes. We’re going to do this, and see me to do this and do the olive oil, salt, some pepper; it smells wonderful in the kitchen already, just going to pop it in the oven at a 400 degree for about 15 minutes. Time’s up, let’s take a look; oh, it smells delicious.
