Sometimes when you’re cooking, and your grilling outdoors, the food makes a messier grill. Come and take a look at this. It’s filthy. You’ve got particles of chicken. You’ve got cheese melted here. You’ve got crispy bits all in there. Now a lot of guys and I say guys, because women have a higher attention for detail but men do, they would never do this. But guys, I know you do because I do the same mistake and I’m a guy, So the bottom line is, you never just shut your grill down and close the lid and walk away and say, Oh when I come and turn it on again, I’m going to fire it up and it will all burn up”. Not good for your grill. A clean grill is a healthy grill, so take a great grill brush, alright.
First off, sharp little scrapey ends. Just get rid of the big particles, Get rid of all the big particles as you can, ok? If you need to sue a pair of thongs, scrape it down. I fire the grill up to high heat. That’s going to help to burn it off right away ok?
Then take your grill; brush, and it’s all in the muscle. Scrape it down. Burn it all off. Get as much of it off as you can. Alright and when it’s all said and done, and your happy of the cleanliness of it, you shut your grill off, take a little bit of nonstick cooking spray, seal it in, just like that and shut it down. And the next time you go to cook, it’s ready for cooking. That’s how easy it is.
A clean grill is a healthy grill and it’s ready and set the next time you go to cook.
