I am Steve Turrano, Welcome to this episode of body performance. People have been asking about high intensity training. What it is and is it good? Well high intensity training could refer to just about a year but typically refers to exercising to your heart rate it is very alleviated or refers to combine some have cardiovascular activity with weight train. It combined the two in your work out. You got to remember this type of training is very difficult because it is very intense so if you are new in training you can make it very sore number one, or number two, you might not be able to do it for very long because it is too intense you run out of breathe or you get very tired. Now anytime you combine weight training with cardiovascular activity you dilute the effectiveness of both of them.
The reason is if your training in weights and there is having a cardio you have to attend to weight train works out you do not get the same intensity, you are not able to lift as heavy either lift this hard so your not get the same effects now conversely with your cardio vascular activity your still always be interrupted by weight training your not going to elevate your rate, your not going to extend period of time so by combining two it is not bad thing but you do not label as effective. I tried to tell people keep them separate. Weight training do that for a half hour or 45 minutes before an hour do it hard, do it intensity and then you do your cardio. Do it hard, do it intensity. But when you combined the two it makes some less effective. Love your body.
