Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars - Map editing tutorial 2

This is a Command & Conquer Tutorial on how to download and install Generals Zero Hour and Command & Conquer 3 maps the easy way. So what you are going to do is we are going to go to three websites and you are going to grab various softwares from those websites and install them.

So you are going to navigate to cncmaps.com, and you are going to navigate all the way down here, and you are going to click on this and you are going to save this to your desktop.

That's the CnCMaps Map download. Then I am going to go to the Time of War website and they have a nice utility for managing Generals Zero Hour maps and other files called TOW Tools 2005.

So you don't want to right-click and save that and you don't want to download that and install it. I've already done so, so I have the shortcut already there.

Next, you're going to want to go to generalsworld.com or a cncgeneralsworld.com. Go to their Map Manager page. If you want to download it, do a right-click and download it. I've already download it and installed it, so I've the C&C 3 Map Manager icon already.

So now we need to use the CnCMaps Map download utility to download some maps. So let me see, okay, let's start with some Zero Hour maps. Let's just accept them in the middle, we are going to save that on the desktop and here is our -- the Zero Hour map Blue Snows. I am going to change it to Generals maps, this powerpoint.zip, let's save that to our desktop as well. So we have our Zero Hour map or Generals map. We just need our C&C 3 map. So let me grab this one. There we go we have Zero Hour maps, now we can close this.

So this is our Command & Conquer 3 Map, this is our Generals map and this is our Zero Hour map. So let's go ahead and open up TOW Tools. Go to Personal Files and they are shown right here. I am going to highlight my Zero Hour maps folder and show all the maps and I click Add, Browse from my desktop and the I delete the Blue Snows, close the Zero Hour map. Go ahead, Open, I selected it for Zero Hour, hit Next. Check those, hit Install, installation complete. Now that's installed.

Now we are going to install our Generals map and highlight this Maps folder and hit Add and Browse to our desktop again; and we're going to finally front map goes via Generals map, hit Open, or in Generals hit Next, check those, hit Install and close. Now, we have our Generals map installed. Now, we can close out of this and hit Exit. Now we still at least have our GI River Valley, Command & Conquer 3 Map to install, so we are going to launch the Command & Conquer 3 Map Manager program.

So I am going to hit File, Import, GI River Valley and Open. And there is --
