Comparing the 911 GT3 and 911 Turbo

Walter Rohrl on the 911 GT3 vs. the 911 Turbo. Speaker: Do you like normally aspirated better then turbo? Speaker: Yes and no. if I have to use a car on the open roads I would prefer a turbo. But if I have to go a on racetrack o prefer normally aspirated because, especially if it's raining it's much more precise with the throttle. You can really make very exact things. Whereas the turbo, you always have a little bit you just push it and nothing happens. The car has a little bit of understeer you push it a little bit more and suddenly. The power is coming and poof. With a normally aspirated, it is so nice every touch you influence what the car is doing. Speaker: I actually like this car more than the turbo. The turbo is almost too soft. Speaker: yeah, of course, this one is very precise. Only problem is... if you go in the normal traffic like a Germany like now, I want to overtake this one... I have to shift back with this one. With the turbo you just... fssh! Like this. You know, in a high gear it's just very easy. And for me of course I live in an area with a lot of snow, I need 4WD.
