Hey, do you guys chat? Personally really like chatting and I'm just going to share with you guys some cool programs that I used to chat. So you might have heard of them before but I just want to share it with you anyway.
I'm sure a lot of you guys know IRC or internet relay chat, and you actually need clients for that, so you can choose from a variety of clients out there, either freeware or shareware. I am using shareware programs. Well a shareware program called MIRC and it is developed in 1995 and it has been there for a while and this is what I’m using since, I don’t know, when I was 14 and I’m in my early 20s now so I'm really used to MIRC. But if you don’t really like shareware programs you can choose from other freeware clients out there. I actually found this one extract. I haven’t tried it yet but this is for free and it is for both windows and Linux. Extract again can be a substitute for MIRC because it’s a freeware program basically allows you to do the same thing. I actually found this from one of my subscriptions from mobile phone 2003. he actually said in one of his videos tha this could be a substitute for MIRC, or other shareware clients out there. But as I had said, I'm really used to MIRC so I'm still using it now, until now. Another cool thing about this is even though you're past, your trial period or even though your trial period is over you can still continue using MIRC.
So I'm just going to share with you some scripts that I had used with MIRC; windows scoop script 2004. I do not know there are latest versions of this script but this is the script that I’ve downloaded. I am just going to join a dummy channel. Basically I have mp3 here, mp3 player, many other options that I could choose from, so I’m just going to play the game. Triple H theme, sorry about that; well it actually announces to the channel what song you are playing so that’s pretty cool; let’s just stop that. There are options you could choose from like noway system, protection, translayer, logs so you can store your conversations, themes and even games; ok sorry for that. You can also have settings for your text so you can have sounds quotes, emoticons, well let’s have multi colors, there. So it basically gives you style on your text. So that is scoop script 2004.
Another script that I had been using is, perk script and another cool script you could use with MIRC. Basically it also allows you to have options. You could also play mp3s, have core text; also allow you to have fun stuffs; going to fun text, so there. So that is perk script. There are a bunch of scripts out there for MIRC and even though you don’t have any script or scripts well yo can customize your text or the way your text would look like to other chatters online. So this is an ordinary IRC interface that I’m going to connect. Again I'm going to join a dummy channel. Just press ctrl + K, then you can choose from variety of colors, or you can also have a highlight, if you want just type in comma then another color; there you go. basically even though you don’t have any scripts, you can customize the way your text would look like on MIRC. That is for IRCs.
Another cool program that I use for chatting is yahoo messenger. I’m actually using version nine. There are many cool features there, you can also change the way the colors look like and you can also check out this cool emoticons that are hidden. Aside from the emoticons already available, you can actually have this other cool emoticons that you can actually search on Google or on Yahoo, I think that’s pretty cool. You can also use other messengers like Skype, msn messenger, window messenger and many others.
So if you don’t like the idea of installing programs for chatting, you can actually chat online without installing anything. An example of that would be cyber chat rooms. Basically you just choose your room and will connect you; basically chat online. Although because this is actually real time well then actually installed anything so it would take a while or it really depends on you internet connection. Anyway, ok I'm ready to chat, so there.
Well it really depends on your internet connection for all for this programs to work and well if you like chatting then I hope you check this out because I enjoyed using it personally. There you go, those are the programs that I wanted to share.
