Hi, I'm Bruce Naylor with frugal brothers and we’re talking about creating and using disclaimers in your organizations e-mail.
Did you know Mail Essentials has a Disclaimer feature? It sure does and it’s really easy to use. Just open the GFI Mail Essentials Configuration panel, click on e-mail page, expand that node, and then choose Disclaimers. From there, you can just right click and choose new disclaimer and then you could determine whether you want the disclaimer to be available for the entire domain or just for the individual user.
In our case, we use the domain and then we’ll get a drop down list to have your various options. We use our e-mail that at frugalbrothers.com that domain and then from there, you can go ahead and then choose to do your disclaimer in HTML playing test whether you want the position of the disclaimer at the top or the bottom. Paste within there, click OK, and you’re god to go that disclaimers going to automatically attach this up to your to bound e-mail so it’s good to have a comes at Mail Essentials to create more tool to have a copy wide disclaimer.
