Hi, I'm Bruce Naylor with frugal brothers and we’re doing serious videos about the GFI Mail Essentials Product.
Based on the lot of products that we get, one of the very useful features of Mail Essentials is the ability to use the POP2Exchange utility built in to Mail Essentials.
Now what this allows you to do is very easily go out and to all very pop server accounts that you know people may have out there at gmail so forth with the domain. Maybe you don’t even want to have exchange talking to the internet. Maybe you want to have your ISP host your e-mail but then you want to get it interchange your server whatever your purposes are is a great new to tell in the built in the Mail Essentials go to POP2Exchange. And the way you access this is through the Mail Essentials configuration council. When you get there, click on the POP2Exchange and then on the right column, choose general options, double click on that. That is where you’re going to add the top three servers as well as the users that you’re going to pull on e-mail down forth and you can schedule how often you want Mail Essentials go grab that e-mail, bring it back, and put it in the system in the number of minutes. Five minutes, ten minutes, whatever you want to do. And also, you can now put a control on that is o how large of e-mail that you want to download and if the mail is larger than that you can now inform the mail post master and you can delete it whatever you need to do.
