Connecting Notes from Guitar to Piano

…On the guitar why not to mix on the piano. So, let us check this out -- check this all out. So now, we have -- this C right here, where is that in a piece of music -- the C on the frontline. On the piano which right here, okay let us move this down let me show you guys and the piano is right there. So now, if I move up a half step, C-C#-D-D#-E-F-F#-G, they all go up in half steps, okay. Pretty easy right? Well check it out. The guitar that actually also goes up in just half steps, okay. So, let us do this. Here we have, this little over here is C okay. If I go up C-C#-D-D#-E-F-F#-G, that is how the guitar’s line up was that the guitar is literally all completely make now honestly right now, with that its structure in all half steps, okay. The way it works though, these were things that really, really crazy is that on the piano, I can have I play all just all the black notes just like this ready? So, I can easily just play in the key of C just like this, okay that was the key of C, okay. So, the guitar you cannot do that. The guitar, every string which of the six strings on the guitar are E-A-D-G-B-E, and they are all setup in half steps so that the next part would be A or then the next part is that we have # G, G# and an A. A-A# B C-C# D okay, and then it just continues like that all the way through. So, that is the understanding of the notes on guitar, it is the piano the best way, the best way of finding out how old this is connected? It just takes 10 - 20 minutes out of your day, everyday or a couple of days you know for a week or two or you know 10 minutes a day, and we are just playing notes on the guitar. Trying to write it down on stamp paper and then try to find it on the piano okay. So if I will do something like this. All right if I where to play just you know, let us play this note right here, [Demonstration] Okay this note in here. That is an A, okay. It is the V fret of the E string of the higher E string. Well, first let us take a point of where the E string is on my guitar. Well, it is quite easy. Here is my E string on the guitar. There are five lines okay. It is the -- I am sorry with that. It is the top line on 12 o’clock, okay. So, where is the A well E-F-G-A, okay? So, that is where the A if the first line after -- it is the first ledger line on top of the staff. So, the way it works is it there is my A, I played it on a guitar, V fret of the high E is this note. I said that this C right here earlier in the video was this C, so let us just walk up, C D E, there is the E right there. There -- I am sorry I got. There is the E, here is the E right here, and then let us go up, F G A. So, this A is the same with this A, is the same with this A -- I am sorry -- is the same with this A.
