Interviewee: Oh, the first thing is to determine if the amount of whole milk is excessive and in with certainly in child to comes in drinking six to seven glasses of whole milk a day, eating very little food they need to be redirected.
Interviewer: If they go to send two glasses a day 16 hours which is recommend they do report once in awhile and still they get constipation so anything you can do to get this?
Interviewee: Yes, what happens usually in those situations usually is that the children love the milk and I want to drink anything else. So I will tell to mom’s that the only thing what we can do to be depending is that little bit not a lot a little bit in the kids. So they take the eight ounces bottle of milk and on one day we put seven ounces of milk and one ounce of water. Now we give that to the child and have never had the kid that responds for that. On Wednesday we give it to them the same thing Monday; Tuesday we go two ounces of water, six ounces of milk. On Friday we go three ounces of water five ounces of milk and on Sunday we go to half and half. And that nice gradual transition I’ve never have the kids really have trouble.
Interviewer: When we recommend any kid who is getting to that cycle listen to this thing.
Interviewee: Well any crying is that on trouble, having a toilet training technique place certainly.

Interviwee: No, it’s not secret at all. There are a few kids at the very small but they are a few kids who are in fact have some intolerance to the milk from a lot of different reasons often times it’s not a true allergy but its in that spectrum and those children will have it increase in the way that they’re intestine had there own contractions such that they will have difficulty having regular bowel movements with milk.
