Lora: So it looks like we have got a cooking show going on now. It's type of wilderness show. Dick what do you have here?
Dick: Well, I am going to be taken off on a trip in to the bush for two, three, four days. I have got a lot of food in the fridge. I don't want it to spoil.
Lora: Right.
Dick: So I take it out and I package it up in foil and I have got love three lovely meals when I am out there.
Lora: All of this is from your fridge.
Dick: Yeah, absolutely.
Lora: Well let's check out what you put together.
Dick: Alright, here I have a nice piece of trout which I caught in the lake here and if any of you come up to visit me next summer, we can go and do that. Along with that is some wild rice, onion and lemon. That little bit more lemon juice. I really like my lemon juice and even a bit of lime and pepper on top of that. Then just wrap the foil up and pack it and make a nice tight seal for that. Come back, we can do the ends later. Over here now I have got a jambalaya mixture of different kinds of sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes good stuff and to spice that up a bit, I am going to add some wild juniper berries to it. Over here, I have a veggie mix and again what I want to do just to add a little bit more flavor to that. Putting some chives and then, take this and make sure that you have got the edges well overlapping when you make your seal. Do up the ends, good and snug. Then it's ready to go on your fire. Take it away and put it in your bag to go when you are all set. Well Lora, I can tell you by the smell that these are done.
Lora: Oh great.
Dick: Which one would you like?
Lora: I think , I must try the jambalaya.
Dick: Okay. You have to use your little fingers here.
Lora: Okay.
Dick: Open that up. The foil won't be that hot even though it's --.
Lora: Warm.
Dick: It's warm but won't scorch you.
Lora: No, no, no.
Dick: Now isn't this the best way you ever saw, it's the use of stuff that you were to stay in your fridge otherwise.
Lora: That is.
Dick: Yeah, great.
Lora: All my food would just stay in the fridge.
Dick: Have little a taste of that. Those are onion, pimento, mushrooms. Looks nice.
Lora: Oh it's amazing.
Dick: Alright.
Lora: I will hold on to that.
Dick: Okay.
Lora: Thank you.
Dick: You know, you got that one. I think I am going to have some fish.
Lora: Seafood.
Dick: I like that trout. Yeah, I like that trout.
