Hi! My name is Jeannette Bessinger and my company is called Balance for Life, LLC.
I’m a health educator and natural nutritionist. I’m the designer and lead facilitator for a lifestyle change program based on hospital to help people improve their health. I’m also the coauthor and food designer for two upcoming books, “Whole Life Nutrition” a simple approach to nourishing America’s busy families and “The World’s Healthiest Meals” for Dr. Jonny Bowden.
Today, I’m going to give a whole list of easy to make recipes and ideas for quick and healthy breakfast for you and your family. These were so easy that your children should be able to make most of them on their own. What you’ll need you’d kind to see before you the equipment is basic equipment from your kitchen, things like cast iron pan, cutting board, various knives, stirring tools, bowls, things like that. And a few specialty pieces of equipment like the blender and the crock pot.
And for the ingredients, you should be able to tap into your regular pantry and refrigerator. We’ll be using bread, and cheese, and eggs, and nuts. And again a few specialty things like raw rolled oats and nut butters, miso paste. But I‘ll let you know at the beginning of each clips specifically what things you’ll need for that recipe.
Always remember kitchen safety when you’re working around hot stoves and knives and things like that. And if you are going to be working with your children, remember not to leave them unsupervised in the kitchen. Okay, so I know how many people skip breakfasts. We’re all really busy. And my clients have a 101 reasons not to eat it. But what we’re going to try to do today is give you all the tools you’ll need for you to make breakfast a healthy habit. Let’s get started.
