Coping with Lack of Balance in Relationships

Host: Is lack of balance more of an issue for people in committed love relationships than others?
Toni Coleman: In a word yes because everybody has demands in their lives and different things going on that they would like to have time for, they would like to have the energy for.
So you add to that a relationship which is something that is going to take -- it is going to be high priority, it is going to be really important. So it is going to add this kind of another whole level of something that you got and now plan for.
Therefore, I think that depending on the stage you are in the relationship or depending upon how much you are moving forward with this relationship, at what level you are, it's going to require a bit more energy and a bit more to time just figuring out how you are going to fit it in and then learning to kind of finding a smooth flow where you have a good balance between all these different aspects of your life.
