And sometimes, what all you need to do is just sell the damn thing. Sometimes especially in a launch process, in fact this was the advice I gave to currently the guys for stopping and sell stuff which was -- he has been very open about it. They were all over, they didn't know what they were going to do and I said, "Look, just tell them", at this point you don't need to sell them the stuff, you need to tell them who you are, what you've got, why it's for them, how to get it? And it could be a short, straight to the point type of thing and they would actually brand a non headline. They said "This space is reserved for headline or something" it was a joke but it worked because the fever was already going these people who went here, wanted to get resolution for the pain that it had been inflicted by the launch process. So this is relief, this is the punch line. So you tell me how might you give the punch line to this, to somebody who has just come, "Okay, I am here, I want to know what the heck is going on, what's going on". What would you say?
