This is particularly important when you are working with drywall. You do not want to penetrate the drywall screw too far into the drywall. The third benefit of a cordless screw gun is the fact that you can use it with a number of different heads. You can use your standard Philips head. You can use a flat head bit. You can use a square head bit for decking and you can even use your standard drill bit. And what I really like about cordless screw gun is it save my wrist and elbows. So, screw driver still has its place. But when you really want to do a large project that requires a lot of screws, cordless screw gun is to take.
