Core - Table Top

We are now going to straighten our core muscles. Now the core muscles run from underneath your arms down to your hips. And they help stabilize the spine. The first move is called the tabletop. So what you are gong to do is you are going to come forward unto your forearms and your knees and what you want to think about doing is have a nice straight line. Try not to drop through your back and you are thinking about contracting those core muscles. Places are on the ground, he is holding it.

Now if you think you need a new challenge, you can come up unto your feet and holding nice and straight. Good, so this move is called the tabletop. Okay, so try you guys.

Great, your shoes or your feet down. You can come up on the all force, good holding through that spine. Perfect. Nice flight back, good. Looking straight ahead. Okay, come up unto your toes now. Good, maybe look like you are swaying, but you are not. Great, so this is the table top.
