Put the head up, begin rocking one, two, three and up. Sit up tall, change your hands to go around your ankles in a comfortable position. Tuck your head under slightly and begin to roll. In hand, exhale through the roll, exhaling, keep that nice tight ball shape and round the back quick breath in, exhale throughout. Stay balance and then extend the legs to get your band. Bring that leg up to a 90 degree band if possible, for this flex and begins circling the leg inhale and exhaled, quick inhale and exhale the circle around.
Try to keep your hips stable and send energy out that straight leg, keeping that knee facing towards the ceiling, reversing the circle, inhale exhale, elbow stay firmly planted on the floor, bend the knee and change legs so that band goes just under the opposite foot, keep the band flat, extend the leg, cross your Medline to begin inhale exhale. Think of your arms as an extension of the rubber band, relax to your face, neck and shoulders, try not to wobble through the hips, reverse the circle, six of these each way. Keep the circle smooth, under the knee, remove the rubber band, grab on to that same leg and pull yourself up, get your hands in a comfortable position that you can begin scissoring the legs.
Take a quick inhale exhale switch, you can also add a pillow under your head and shoulders to relieve any tension and facilitate you of your abdominals. Bring your heads in and lower your heads down. Keep your knees bend and legs at that 90 degree angle, lower them to one side and bring them back to center. Inhale as you lower, exhale as you come back up, legs are close together and concentrate o keeping your ribs firmly planted on the mat especially when you rotate away. Inhale, exhale back, do not drop your knees too far and stay in control to those ribs. Tuck in the knees in, crossing the legs, grab on your feet and rolling yourself up to a sitting position.
