Today I'm doing whole body workout focused on the core and I'm going to be using stability ball. So my workout is 14 parts, I'm going to be doing 14 different exercises. I'm going to repeat each exercise three times and I'm doing the whole look at, it's not only you're going to see it in 14 different parts, in 14 different videos.
So I am starting with the squat, I am doing 200 ups, really focusing on the full range of motion. So this one is the first set. Now I'm bouncing a little bit to exercise this. Okay, it's good. Second set. So this is my second break, I try to do the second set a little bit faster, so I get my heart beating and started warm up on this. The third and the last step in this exercise, so this is a great warm up. I am going to try and make it more intensive, the bounce ball is really light. It doesn't like anything, so from my terms, just go faster. Still, check your form, make sure you form is okay, your knees are not going over your toes, that your back is straight. You got to be sweating. So this was the first part and check out for the second part, see you next time.
