Jim Jirjis: Well Hank that's an important question, there are lot of people just simply stop when they feel better but they don't realizes two things to can happen, one is that the condition you are treating can reoccur again in a few days, the other is if it does reoccur, if you have incompletely treated resistant bacteria can immerge that make it very difficult to treat, so finish your complete course of antibiotics no matter how you feel.
