First, we are going to start off with a no-momentum deck squat. After that, we are going to go straight into a straight-leg sit up. From there, we are go into a hip lift. Okay.
So, right now I’m going to demonstrate.
First thing, the deck squat. We are going to go to squat right here.
From here, we are going to go to the straight-leg sit up.
From here, we are going into a hip lift.
Now, that is for our exercise. Try that at home. Go three rounds through that and tell me how your stomach feels.
